Brighten up your day with this delicious orange carrot smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 4 whole organic carrots
- 1 organic orange
- 1 organic banana
- A few slices of fresh organic pineapple
- 1/2 cup of water
Instructions:
- Slice up the carrots, orange, banana and pineapple and place into your blender or NutriBullet
- Add 1/2 cup of water and blend for a minute until the texture is smooth
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!

After drinking the same green smoothie every morning for the past 6 months, I’ve decided that I need to change it up.
Below is a variation on the original glowing green detox smoothie recipe (https://raworganicvegetarian.wordpress.com/2013/04/23/glowing-green-detox-smoothie/)
Recipe:
– 2 cups organic baby spinach
– 1 cup organic kale
– 1 cup organic parsley
– 2 organic carrots
– 1 very ripe banana
– 1 organic Fuji apple
– 1/2 cup of water
– 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Blend using the NutriBullet or your favorite blender/juicer. You may have to blend in two batches due to too many ingredients for the NutriBullet container.

– 1 lemon juiced
– A few celery stalks
– 2 apples
– 1 inch of ginger root
– 1 cup of water

Everything that I put into my daily green detox smoothie. I drink one of these every morning and it’s done wonders for my skin and energy!
Recipe:
– Baby organic spinach
– Organic kale
– 2 stalks celery (not pictured because I don’t have any at the moment)
– 1 organic Fuji apple
– 1 very ripe banana (the more ripe the sweeter your smoothie will be)
– 1 cup of water
Blend using the NutriBullet and enjoy
